Portland North - Aged care transition
This job involved a large scale residential clear out following a move into aged care. Materials were sorted on site to maximise recycling and reduce landfill.

All recyclable materials were separated prior to disposal, with metals and reusable items diverted from landfill wherever possible. The property was left fully cleared and ready for its next stage.
Moving A Lifetime
A couple preparing for a major life change after 30 years in the same home needed their shed cleared so they could sell and downsize. The goal was simple. Let go of what was no longer needed so they could buy a campervan and travel Australia. We worked through a lifetime of accumulated belongings, separating reusable items from scrap and waste, leaving the shed empty and ready for sale. Total volume cleared was approximately 15 cubic metres. The result was a clean space and a clear path forward into their next chapter.
Mount Gambier Backyard cleanup
This job involved clearing a large backyard that had accumulated years of household and garden items due to illness in the family. Over time, the space had become overwhelming, and the family needed relief. Our team carefully removed and sorted all items, restoring the backyard to a safe, usable area and giving the family peace of mind.
Rock Retaining Wall Demolition and Removal
This project involved the full demolition and removal of a cemented sandstone retaining wall that had reached the end of its life. The wall ran approximately eight metres in length and was solidly set in place, requiring careful breaking, separation and removal to avoid damage to surrounding areas.
All sandstone and concrete material was broken down, sorted and removed from site, leaving the yard level, usable and ready for the next stage of landscaping. What had been a heavy, immovable structure was completely cleared in a single visit, restoring both space and safety to the property.
